The first session of the Young Munich Security Conference took place in Munich from 14 th until 16 th February. The morning-session workshops were dedicated to the “Young Professionals Group” (30 participants selected through a call for participation), to critically discuss diverse topics related to EU’s security roadmaps and to foster political innovation. Those workshops were closed to the public. Thanks to the support of BayFrance, the French-Bavarian Center for University Cooperation, those sessions took place at the beautiful Institut Français, Munich.
The afternoon- and evening sessions were organized in close cooperation with theNaumann-Foundation. Those open public sessions happened at theTechnische Universität, Munich. The Young Professionals Group had the occasion to present their ideas, works and proposals during the afternoon sessions, to discuss and exchange with high ranked panelists and academic advisors.
